Mr. V. Lagukumar is a seasoned factory manager with over 10 years of dedicated experience at Venkadeshwara Agro Industry Pvt Ltd. He has built a robust career in the oil refinery sector, specializing in the production of RBD Palm Olein, RBD Rice Bran Oil, and RBD Coconut Oil. His expertise spans the full spectrum of factory operation from crafting detailed production schedules and leading a skilled team of operators and engineers to enforcing rigorous quality control and safety standards. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Lagukumar has consistently driven operational excellence by optimizing production processes, managing maintenance to minimize downtime, and implementing effective cost-reduction strategies. Mr. Chouhan is a experienced professional in oil refinery industry with nearly two decades of hands-on experience and a proven track record of excellence. He has over two years of dedicated experience at Venkadeshwara Agro Industry Pvt Ltd. His career began in 2003 at Raigarh Solvent Ext. Pvt. Ltd. in Sahadevpali, Chhattisgarh, where he served as a Senior Operator and quickly became known for his technical acumen and operational efficiency. From 2007 to 2009, he advanced his expertise as a Commission Operator at Mandal Adibal Oil Industries in West Bengal, a role that further honed his skills under the mentorship of Gleam Tech. Between 2009 and 2011, M.L. Chouhan continued to build his reputation at Shri Raja Rajeshwari Industries in Andhra Pradesh, once again stepping into the role of Senior Operator. His commitment to excellence saw him moving on to Gaytari Egrow Industries in Kesinga, Odisha, where from 2011 to 2014 he consistently delivered superior performance as a Senior Operator. He then expanded his experience at Aadani Willmar Pvt. Ltd. in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh from 2014 to 2017. In the following years, from 2017 to 2019, he contributed to the success of Shri Rama Oil Industries in Hyderabad, where he worked closely with a dedicated team at Spart Tech. Since 2019, M.L. Chouhan has been an integral part of Shri Krishna Solvent in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, where his leadership and expertise continue to drive operational excellence as a Senior Operator. Notably, M.L. Chouhan’s exceptional skills and deep industry knowledge have also earned him international recognition. Ms.Kiruthika Sivathasan is a driven applied science professional specializing in industrial chemistry and quality control. With handsome experience as a Lab Chemist, Lab Head, and Assistant Food Safety Team Leader at renowned organizations, she has excelled in managing laboratory operations from overseeing quality control in edible oil refining to coordinating field visits and ensuring compliance with rigorous ISO, GMP, and HACCP standards. Her practical expertise spans advanced laboratory techniques, instrumentation (including HPLC, ICP-MS, and ion chromatography), process optimization, and inventory management. Kiruthika is a B.Sc. Honors graduate in Applied Science (Chemistry) from the University of Peradeniya, Kiruthika combines technical proficiency with strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, she is well-equipped to contribute to innovative projects and drive operational excellence in scientific and industrial environments.

Mr.Anushan is a highly experienced accountant with over 10 years of expertise in fast-paced, diverse financial environments. He excels at preparing precise financial reports, managing complex accounts, and handling finance function. Proficient in industry-standard software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Sage, Peachtree, MYOB, and Accpac, he leverages his strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail to support strategic decision-making. Throughout his career, Anushan has successfully handled overall group accounting function and taxes. His background spans various sectors including trading, manufacturing, and service industries where he has developed robust experience in financial reporting, inventory analysis, budgeting, and cost management. He has completed intermediate level of institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanaka.

Gnanakulasekaram Thenogh is an experienced marketing professional with 14 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. His expertise is built on a strong educational foundation, holding a Certificate in Marketing, a National Diploma in Sales Management, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Sri Lanaka Institute of Marketing (SLIM). Currently serving as an Accountant and HR Coordinator at Venkadeshwara Agro Industry (Pvt) Ltd for two years, Her career also spans roles as an Internship Trainee at the Ceylon Electricity Board and an Accounts Executive, experiences that have honed her expertise in financial management, handling accounting transactions and payroll. Additionally, his two years as a laboratory assistant at SMK Milling Private Limited provided him with in-depth knowledge of lab operations and quality control.
