On 30th May 2025, at the J Hotel in Jaffna, Venkadeshwara Agro Industry Ltd was recognized for our contribution to the region by receiving the Certificate of Appreciation at the prestigious SLCBC Regional Excellence Awards Ceremony 2025 for Best Manufacturing - Northern Province.
This honor, presented by The Sri Lanka – Canada Business Council of The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, is a powerful affirmation of the growth, opportunity, and excellence emerging from the Northern Province. On June 14, 2025, our Founder and Managing Director, Kanagasingam Suganthon, was conferred the esteemed Honorary Doctorate in Entrepreneurship (Honoris Causa) by the Washington Digital University, United States of America.
